Careeryse believes in a positive, open and transparent relationship with our clients and so we've outlined our terms to ensure that you are clear on where you stand and to ensure that your precious time can be spent on taking the steps required to craft the changes that you want in business, career and personal life.

All clients are required to agree to these terms before embarking on a coaching relationship with Careeryse.

Payment

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you are agreeing to make payment for the full package price as agreed and in line with the agreed payment schedule. All sessions must be pre-paid before taking place.

Cancellations or Postponement

We understand that life is not always predictable, we therefore allow our clients to cancel or change a scheduled slot up to 24 hours prior to the session’s start time to avoid cancellation costs.

Cancellations within the 24 hour time period will result in a loss of the cost, and worse, the benefit of the scheduled session for the client - We want to provide all of our customers the maximum flexibility and access to the coaching relationship and so this cancellation policy is necessary due to demand for particular 'premium' slots during the week, if inadequate notice is provided we would be left with an empty slot resulting in loss to our business and to other clients that could have benefited from taking further steps on their coaching journey.

Punctuality

It is your responsibility to confirm the agreed session and to join the session on time. Please notify your Coach if you are late - if the client has not joined the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, and no contact has been made, the session will be considered a "no-show" and cancelled in line with our cancellation policy.

Frequency of Coaching Sessions

We typically recommend you to work with us on a weekly to fortnightly basis in order to build effective momentum and to yield the maximum benefit from our sessions, with a minimum of 1 session per month to sustain momentum.

Guarantees

Each client is different in their goals, aspirations, energy, engagement and commitment - as such it would be irresponsible to provide any guarantees. Careeryse requests our clients to agree to a commitment to the relationship and engage with willingness to yield the benefits of the coaching expertise that they have signed up for - our clients will gain from being equipped with expert guidance, the space to explore their goals and challenge deep-lying perceptions with the support and of our professional coaching services - the outcome is therefore will be determined by the client.

As the scouts say - Be prepared!

Each of our coach sessions will require a notebook/paper and a pen at minimum - whilst some clients may prefer to record their sessions to assist with self reflection. The rewards of the process will be determined by the client's engagement and commitment and it is imperative that you hold yourself accountable for completion of pre/post work and agreed actions between sessions.

It is the responsibility of the client to take notes throughout our sessions and to capture personal actions for execution.  Whilst Careeryse coaches will endeavour to follow up via email between sessions, it is not the responsibility of the coach to capture and share session notes with the client.

It is imperative that the client holds themselves to account, to engage, to be active in the process and push themselves towards their goals (with the coaches assistance), we fully expect the client to uphold these responsibilities in order to derive maximum value from the process - Invest in your success, financially, mentally, emotionally and completely.

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
